Risa Hall was raised on a family farm in Siskiyou County. Risa learned to ski on Mt. Ashland and attended Southern Oregon University where she obtained her Bachelor of Political Science degree in 1983.

After graduating from Willamette University School of Law in Salem Oregon, Risa relocated to Southern Oregon to work as an associate for a Law Firm in Grants Pass for 5 years.

She then relocated her law practice to the Rogue Valley where she has been helping families navigate through their legal matters for the past 25 years.

She frequently enjoys the Southern areas lakes and mountains where she can camp, kayak, bike and hike with her friends and her fur buddy Tinker. Having experienced a divorce and being a single Mom, Risa has an intimate knowledge of what a client experiences in domestic relations cases.
